We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. All our UK nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted and are based in London and Windsor. We’re expanding, opening 1-2 new nurseries each year! At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, offering a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe that a mix of free and structured play, an engaging environment, and love and care provide a solid foundation for children’s early years. What we offer
The Level 2 Early Years Educator role offers a salary of up to £26,000 for a full-time 40-hour week. Part-time options can be discussed. Benefits include:

Role responsibilities
As a passionate Early Years Educator, you’ll create a safe, inspiring environment where children thrive. You’ll work with your team to meet each child’s needs, plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS, and communicate effectively with parents, children, and colleagues. You’ll observe, assess, and record children’s progress, celebrating their achievements and supporting their individual journeys. Your flexibility and insight will help us continually improve our standards and reimagine early years education.
