A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive Land Agent to join a respected rural property team in North Yorkshire. Supporting the delivery of farm, land and estate sales across the region, you’ll play a key role in agency work while developing your own skills and professional confidence. This is an excellent step for someone looking to progress their rural property career within a supportive and growing team.

The Job:

A key member of the rural property team, you will assist in the sale and purchase of farms, land and rural properties across North Yorkshire and support day‑to‑day agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the sale and purchase of farms, land and rural property across the region
  • Preparing pitch documents, reports and high‑quality marketing materials
  • Supporting client management and day‑to‑day agency instructionsHelping deliver targeted marketing campaigns and conducting viewings
  • Building the experience needed to manage your own instructions over time
The Candidate:
  • Proactive, well‑organised and genuinely interested in rural property
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially aware with the ambition to grow your career
  • Ideally RICS‑qualified or working towards qualification
  • Collaborative team player with a professional, positive approach
The Package:
  • Salary in the region of £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience
  • Performance‑related bonus scheme
