Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Geography, Land and Estate Management, Agriculture, or relevant discipline.
• Experience of delivering land referencing services on infrastructure development projects.
• Experience of negotiating with landowners and knowledge of legal process for acquisition of land.
• Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Land referencing activities, including online land registry searches and desktop research.
• Consulting with landowners to confirm details and agree access for surveys.
• Liaising with land agents, legal representatives, and planning authorities as required.
• Negotiation of wayleaves, easements, and other land consents.
