Overview

Team Leader (Landscape/ Fencing) – Location: Eldersfield GL19 depot with travel to client sites (work vehicle provided). Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £14.50 dependant on experience. Contract Type: Permanent, 42.5 hours per week. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 06:45-16:00, with Enhanced Rate Overtime potential.

Responsibilities

• Join our client's Fencing team to install timber & metal fencing on new build developments.
• Engage effectively with clients and colleagues through strong communication.
• Report directly to the Contract Manager and monitor all aspects of projects undertaken.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and encourage this within your small team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing a small team of operatives.
• A full valid UK manual driving licence.
• CSCS card - essential.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Any construction plant certificates (desirable).
• Knowledge of hard landscaping (desirable).
