Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking candidates for a temporary position in manufacturing located in Newport, Isle of Wight. Duties

• Wet lay up, hand laminating of composite structures, to technical specifications
• Trimming and finishing, operation of power tools
• Control of materials and stock rotation
• Adherence to health and safety, COSHH and quality standards
• Maybe requires to assist in fit out and site installations.

Experience

• Must have previous wet laminating experience and a good technical aptitude and be competent at using power tools.
• Must be able to work well on own, to instructions as well as part of a team.
• Must have a good awareness of health and safety and be flexible with duties.

Salary

£14.00 per hour worked
