Duration: 70 weeks
Pay Rate: £15.25/hour CIS
Hours: 8:00-17:00 (8 hours paid)

We are looking for a reliable Labourer with a Traffic Marshal (Banksman) ticket for a long‑term project in Colchester, CO2.

Role split:

80% General Labouring
20% Traffic Marshal duties (banksman / gate control)

Duties include:

• General labouring tasks across site
• Assisting trades and maintaining site cleanliness
• Traffic management, vehicle movements, and gate control when required

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Previous site experience
