Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working labourer to join our team on a large and critical commercial site in Leeming. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, security clearance will be a mandatory requirement for this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can meet the clearance criteria and is looking for stable, ongoing work in a professional and secure environment.

The Role:

As an experienced labourer on this site, you will be an integral part of the project team, supporting various trades and ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting skilled tradespeople (e.g., Bricklayers, Joiners, Groundworkers) with their tasks.
• Site clearance, tidying, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
• Loading and unloading deliveries of materials, and moving materials around the site as required.
• Assisting with general site logistics and waste management.
• Performing basic demolition and strip‑out work where necessary.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are kept clean, secure, and in good working order.
• Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations, as well as specific site security protocols.
• General ad‑hoc duties to support the site management team.
