Qualifications

  • Practical experience with electronic and mechanical instruments; use, adjustment, and disconnection.
  • Minimum of A-Level, NVQ, HNC, or equivalent in a scientific, mathematical, or engineering subject.
  • Experience with CMMS or similar database systems, and confidence using MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate routine calibration of laboratory instruments, ensuring UKAS traceability.
  • Maintain and update calibration schedules, manage equipment logistics.
  • Keep accurate records of calibration status and maintain documentation in the CMMS database.
