As the Year 6 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in preparing pupils for their transition to secondary school supporting them academically, emotionally and socially during one of their most important primary years. You ll deliver well‑structured lessons, help pupils build confidence ahead of SATs, and create an environment where every child feels supported, challenged and ready to succeed.

What You Need:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Solid experience teaching in KS2 (Year 6 experience highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of the Upper KS2 curriculum and SATs preparation
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Confident planning, delivering and assessing high‑quality lessons
