Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
• Assessment: Track and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a broad, balanced, and stimulating curriculum.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support each child's learning journey.
• Behaviour Management: Implement consistent strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding and child protection policies to ensure pupil welfare.

Contract Details

• Position: KS2 Teacher
• Contract Type: Long-term (potential for permanent placement)
• Start Date: November 2024
• Hours: Full-time, 8:20 AM – 3:45 PM
• Rate of Pay: 140 – 190 per day (depending on experience)
