Are you an outstanding, proactive and enthusiastic teacher looking for flexible and rewarding work in Stoke?

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated teachers to join our network for day-to-day supply cover in Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking for flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact in a variety of primary school settings.

About the Role

In this role, you will be covering day-to-day teaching assignments across various year groups within Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6). As a day-to-day teacher, your adaptability, enthusiasm, and ability to quickly build rapport with students will be key to ensuring continued high-quality learning during teacher absences.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 and a strong passion for helping children succeed. You should be committed to maintaining a high standard of teaching and be able to adapt to different year groups and school environments. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher (NQT/ECT), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre planned lessons and promote engagement with learning and tasks
• Ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and student outcomes

What You Will Need

• UK QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a school setting (ideally within Key Stage 2)
• An updated DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to different schools and environments
• The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best
