A dedicated educational recruitment agency in Bristol is seeking multilingual individuals to assist in primary schools. This role involves supporting children with English as an additional language, helping them thrive in an inclusive environment. Candidates should enjoy working with children, have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to build positive relationships. Flexible daily rates between £90 and £110 are offered, with opportunities for ongoing work and professional development.
We work closely with energetic and thriving primary schools across Bristol who are looking for multilingual individuals to support children in the classroom and help them thrive.
Many of our schools support pupils who speak English as an additional language, and they value staff who can bridge language gaps, build confidence, and help children feel understood and included. Your language skills can make a real difference, whether that’s supporting learning in lessons, helping pupils settle into school life, or strengthening communication with families across different cultures.
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with children, values inclusion, and wants to use their language skills in a meaningful, practical way.
Daily rates from £90–£110, paid weekly via PAYE.

Paid experience in primary school settings across KS1 and KS2

Opportunities to support pupils with English as an additional language (EAL)
Work alongside experienced teachers and support staff
A mix of classroom support, small-group work, and 1:1 support
Clear guidance and structure throughout the school day
Speak one or more languages in addition to English
Enjoy working with children and supporting their learning
Are patient, positive, and confident communicating with others
Can build rapport quickly and create a calm, supportive environment
Are considering a career in education or want school-based experience
Passport
2 proofs of address, for example driving licence, utility bill, council tax, P45 or P60
CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
2 years of references, including childcare or community work if applicable
DBS check, we’ll support you with this if needed
Overseas Police Check (if you have lived abroad for more than 3 months in the past 5 years)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
