Overview

Our Client is Global consumer product manufacturer based in Chertsey is looking for (Korean Speaking) Business Analyst to support administrative and data analytical tasks helping to drive efficiency across the wider team in order to develop & deliver key strategies to launch new smartphones, tablets & wearables in European business in co-operation with HQ in Korea.

Support tasks for the team to function its strategic tasks for new helping to drive efficiency across the wider team in order to develop & deliver key strategies to launch new smartphones, tablets & wearables in European business in co-operation with HQ in Korea.

Responsibilities
  • Update and analyse spreadsheets and databases with statistical data
  • Collect and download metrics, and any other relevant data
  • Collate required data and align with subsidiaries on local plans
  • Lead TI & GFK M / S data including price band M / S
  • Support to issue Monthly Mobile Report
  • Support to create MX operation strategy presentations
  • Compile and analyse reports and create ad-hoc reports as required
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects as required
  • Handle the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the ETO EVP and VP Commercial Strategy
  • Provide word-processing and clerical support
  • Handle the EVP and VP schedule by maintaining calendars and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences video conferences, and business travel
  • Make travel arrangements and process expenses for the EVP & VP
  • Organise and coordinate internal events and workshops across multiple countries
Qualifications and Skills
  • Good proficiency in English and fluent Korean (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and enforce to deadlines
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
