A leading hospitality service provider in the UK is looking for a dedicated kitchen staff member to maintain cleanliness and assist in food preparation. The role involves adherence to health and safety protocols while ensuring excellent service delivery. To ensure the kitchen is kept clean - including using equipment as required, to ensure equipment is cleaned as required, to use pan wash machine, to ensure equipment is returned to the correct place once cleaned, to prepare vegetables for use by chefs as requested, to vacuum pack foods as requested, to check off and put away deliveries - ensuring stock rotation, to take out food waste, general waste and recyclable waste and ensure it is disposed of in the correct bin, to work in a safe manner to ensure safety of yourself and others, to communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure successful service periods, to adhere to all training / guidelines given for the following policies and procedures: health & safety, food handling, COSHH, uniform standards, personal protective equipment, manual handling and fire regulations, to complete and update all food safety and health & safety paperwork correctly during your shift to ensure full compliance, to be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen during and at the end of your shift, ensuring Health and Safety hazards, issues, near misses and accidents are reported to a senior member of the team at the earliest opportunity.

£12.60 per hour + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.
