Job description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be the heart of our operation for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 5 hours per week. Shift Pattern:
  • Mon: Full-time (Days)
  • Tues: Full-time (Days)
  • Weds: Full-time (Days)
  • Thurs: Full-time (Days)
  • Fri: Full-time (Days)
  • Sat: Off
  • Sun: Off

This role is contracted for 40 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Following Health & Safety regulations
