Job description

Responsibilities

• Take on a range of kitchen responsibilities
• Pot washing
• Collect, clean and replenish all crockery and kitchen utensils in a prompt and efficient manner
• Assist the kitchen team with preparation of various food dishes
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
• Work with the Head Chef to assist with responsibility of various aspects within the kitchen
• Prepare fresh ingredients including dough, and cook and serve quality pizza from our external wood fired oven

Qualifications and Requirements

• Right to live and work in the UK
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
• A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage
• A catering qualification in Level 3 Food Safety is preferred
• Some previous experience within a busy kitchen environment
• Level 3 Food Safety certification is desirable but not essential
