Complete Minds Academy (CMA) is a forward-thinking online day school for homeschooled students, offering a caring alternative to traditional education. Many of our learners are rediscovering confidence and curiosity after difficult school experiences — and your teaching could make that possible.

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative Science teacher (KS3 up to AQA Combined) to guide our students using interactive, multimedia-rich lessons online.

About the role

Classes run via Google Meet and Miro — simple, visual, and collaborative platforms. You’ll have the freedom to design engaging lessons that make Science vivid and practical, with training and support from a small, passionate team.

We offer

• This is a daytime role offering 2 hours per week (initially Mon and Thurs - both 11 : 45-12 : 45am- during a probationary period with scope to increase)
• £30 per hour-long lesson delivered
• This is freelance work with weekly pay direct to your UK account
• Afternoon / evening classes possible as your timetable grows
• Minimal admin – we value your energy for teaching, not paperwork

You are

• UK-based and qualified (QTS / PGCE)
• DBS-checked, with two professional references
• ICT-confident with reliable equipment and Wifi
• Eager to use visual tools to bring science alive

• A self-starter who enjoys autonomy within a supportive structure
