A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Chorley (PR7) is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join their team from January 2025. This full-time, fixed-term position is for the remainder of the academic year and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school community.
You will take full responsibility for teaching a Key Stage 1 class (Year 1 or Year 2, depending on school needs), delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the national curriculum. The successful candidate will be supported by a dedicated team of teaching assistants, subject leads, and senior staff who are committed to promoting high standards and pupil wellbeing.
You will be expected to plan, assess, and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
