Overview

London · Hybrid, We're looking for a Key Account Manager - Out of Home (OOH). You'll be responsible for driving new business into key, influential end user accounts, as well as strengthening our presence and visibility in existing operator partners. Where drinks are served and there's opportunity, we want you to increase Oatly's presence and impact. This role will be at the forefront of the UK growth strategy, the place our future consumers first try the brand and has the opportunity to set the pace of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Drive forward new business with our hero product, Barista Edition, to build out our distribution & visibility across the UK.
  • Manage continuous outreach to relevant new business, build proposals, lead pitches and keep all stages well documented in the Oatly CRM system.
  • Be a champion of our existing relationships and ensure we listen to their needs to retain them.
  • Collaborate with the food and drink experience team to launch exciting seasonal menus with Oatly as the ultimate base.
  • Work with the Brand team to execute world class activations at site level, that get the brand noticed by consumers and businesses alike.
  • Proudly share the work you're doing with the Oatly UK & Ireland team as such a visible area of the business, and the space where consumers trial the brand first.
  • Be a role model within the OOH and business development team, sharing learnings and skills you're developing.
  • You have 2-3+ years of experience within the channel and a proven track record of wins to showcase across this period.
  • You have the personality to succeed in this role - proactive, flexible, humble, energetic, resilient.
  • You implement a 'can-do' attitude, generate innovative ideas and solutions when met with a 'no' from potential end users.
  • You're comfortable thinking outside the box with how to grab the stakeholders' attention in a fun, Oatly way.
  • You love building relationships and making connections around something you are passionate about.
  • You're already engaged with our brand, love our products, and feel connected to our mission of encouraging health, sustainability, and transparency.
  • You're well-connected within the industry and love making new connections and contacts.
  • You're based in London.
