Overview

Are you an experienced Key Account Manager, with experience in the Dental Industry, who can develop strategic plans to grow revenue, margin and volume within designated national and key accounts? As we’re looking for a Key Account Manager with a sound commercial understanding, who can identify growth opportunities across Dental Directory’s range of products of services within designated accounts. You will negotiate contract extensions, price reviews across various service spaces and host meetings up to a national procurement level that will drive benefit both Dental Directory and the customers. Working with some of the biggest accounts in the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is results orientated and has a passion for winning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong relationship between your portfolio of customers and internal stakeholders at DD Group.
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, possibly for use in future case studies or company training.
  • Create a strategic plan for all accounts and provide the report monthly to the Sales Manager. Analyzing customer data, ensuring full coverage of designated accounts.
  • Resolve key client issues and complaints, ensuring the CRM system is updated and accurate.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with the client and establish timelines to measure KPIs.
  • Manage the relationship for all DD Group services; engineering, handpiece repairs, equipment, orthodontics, facial aesthetics, consumables and any new revenue streams DD Group may develop.
