Contract Opportunity

Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international and local retail accounts across EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you'll own customer relationships end-to-end, lead annual negotiations, and deliver sales and profit targets through best-in-class execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on account management, this role offers real scope to influence growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver sales, profit, and forecasting targets across your account portfolio
  • Develop and execute annual account business plans aligned to brand and commercial strategy
  • Lead customer negotiations, managing pricing, promotions, investments, allowances, and variable margin
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across EMEA
  • Analyse sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Execute retail strategies including range alignment, promotions, and new product launches
  • Oversee forecasting accuracy, stock management, service levels, orders, and invoicing
  • Ensure SOX compliance, accurate documentation, and robust KPI reporting
  • Support and shape the EU distributor strategy, identifying new routes to market and expansion opportunities
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within Retail, FMCG, or Entertainment (or similar)
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and annual customer agreements
  • Experience working with mass/value retail is a strong advantage
  • Highly analytical, numerate, and comfortable working with sales and performance data
  • Excellent relationship-builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus.
