A major healthcare provider in Cornwall is offering a role focused on supporting the upgrade of its network infrastructure. The position involves unboxing and configuring new equipment, replacing over 1,000 network access points, and disposing of old equipment. Cornwall IT Services (CITS) manages the county wide IT technical infrastructure, data and voice services and device support on behalf of the countywide Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Healthcare community. The Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust is currently involved in a major project to upgrade its network infrastructure. The work is being carried out by the Unified Communications (UC) team. To assist with this work a vacancy has arisen within the UC team.
