Are you a junior welder who has completed a welding apprenticeship, college course, or similar, looking for full training while working on custom engineering projects from start to finish?

Join a well‑established engineering company that builds custom fabrication projects. With ongoing investment in equipment, training, and the workshop, it’s a great place to learn, develop, and gain real hands‑on experience in a supportive team.

You’ll work with an experienced team in a covered workshop, helping with fabrication, welding, and fitting custom projects. The work is varied, not repetitive, and you’ll be involved in all stages of the build. Full training and on‑the‑job support will be provided to help you develop quickly.

This role is ideal for someone with college training or apprenticeship experience in welding or fabrication who wants a long‑term job with real career development.

The Role
