Our client is looking to appoint a Junior Trader to support their commercial trading division. This is a progressive, hands‑on role where you’ll learn directly from experienced traders and gradually take responsibility for your own trading book. Your day will involve monitoring markets, speaking with growers and manufacturers, gathering price intelligence, building relationships and assisting in negotiation and deal execution. You’ll manage logistics coordination, update internal systems and support seasonal campaigns across grain, seed and fertiliser. Over time, you will develop the commercial instincts, product knowledge and negotiation skills needed to progress into a full Trader role. This position offers one of the strongest pathways in the industry for someone wanting to build a serious commercial career in agriculture.
