Job summary

A leading software provider is seeking a newly qualified Software Legal Counsel to support the UK&I and Europe regions. You will provide legal counsel on transactions, draft and negotiate IT-related contracts, and manage relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a common law qualified lawyer with 0-3 years PQE, fluent in English, and possesses strong communication and organisational skills. This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Common law qualified lawyer with none to three years PQE, preferably with experience in software/cloud/SaaS.
• High standards of ethics, integrity and professionalism.
• In-house experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Senior Legal Counsels in the region.
• Providing legal counsel on transactions and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Drafting and negotiating IT-related contracts.
