The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles, building talent pipelines, and providing exceptional support to our Recruitment Specialists. This is a fixed term role for 10 months.

What you’ll do :
  • Proactively source passive candidates using networking, social media, targeted outreach, and CV databases.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for challenging roles and specific locations.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability and generate leads for Recruitment Specialists.
  • Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to find niche talent.
  • Manage recruitment processes with efficiency and accuracy, from job advertisements to interview coordination.
  • Oversee the recruitment inbox, responding to candidate inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the People Support team to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Track onboarding progress and address any issues to create a seamless candidate experience.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Specialists to align on priorities and sourcing strategies.

  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure, thriving in changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Customer-focused approach, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Essential Requirements :
  • Maths & English Level 2 (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in recruitment administration or candidate sourcing.
