Overview

For our HR division in London we are looking to hire a Junior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition.

Your role in the team

Our Talent Acquisition department is looking for a super-efficient and highly organized individual to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who wants to be in a fast-paced role, who has extremely strong organisational skills, likes to be part of a team and wants to get a holistic understanding of how an HR team works in a bank. The role gives broad exposure to all areas of the bank, extensive interaction with all levels of seniority from graduate through to Director level, located in London. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your Talent Acquisition career in a high performing in-house team that offers significant career progression.

What will you do?
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in London in daily administrative tasks, alongside contributing to the effective delivery of hiring processes across the London, Paris and Stockholm offices
  • Assist in organisation and coordination of interviews across Europe, liaising with colleagues internationally, across all levels of seniority
  • Involvement in multiple hiring processes for the London office, closely mentored by the Head of Talent Acquisition initially, until you are capable of being directly responsible for delivering successful hiring processes
  • Editing, formatting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
  • Help with candidate application management (screening CVs, collecting feedback, updating details within the ATS system and ensuring data integrity)
  • Conduct telephone interviews and in person interviews for a variety of roles from internships through to senior placements
Who are we looking for?
  • Educated to degree level with significant understanding of the financial sector, whether through previous work experience or education
  • Extremely high standard of written English enabling editing and issuing of formal legal documentation
  • Avid interest in the financial sector, capable of discussing the financial markets, up to date sector news and industry trends
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality service in a fast paced environment
  • High level of confidence and commitment, also beyond one's own area of responsibility
  • Able to work independently on defined tasks, seeking advice where appropriate
