• Full UK driving licence (for site visits).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and analysis of project costings.
• Support procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations.
• Contribute to tender preparation and contract administration.
• Attend site visits and liaise with project teams and subcontractors.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and financial performance.
• Help prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
