Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of ServiceNow projects and enhancements. This role involves coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and process owners to help drive successful implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, etc.)
  • Support sprint planning, and daily stand-ups in Agile or hybrid environments
  • Maintain project documentation including timelines, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Track and report on project KPIs and milestones
  • Help manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including test case coordination and defect tracking
  • Contribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in IT or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.) is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow PPM)

Skills:

  • ServiceNow Fundamentals or Certified System Administrator certification
  • CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Agile certifications
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
