Operations Associate – InvestorHub (London, Full-Time, Office Based)
Start date: From January 2026
InvestorHub was founded to solve a fundamental gap in public markets: companies were working hard to engage their top shareholders, but had little visibility or connection to the thousands of retail investors who drive a significant share of daily trading.
Recognising this, we set out to modernise how listed companies understand, communicate with, and build relationships across their full investor base.
From our beginnings in Australia, today, we support over 200 listed companies across the UK and Australia and continue to reshape what effective modern investor engagement looks like.
As retail participation grows and capital markets become more digital, we empower companies to take a data‑driven, story‑led approach that strengthens investor relationships, improves market understanding, and ultimately helps management teams communicate with confidence and control.
As an Operations Associate, you’ll support the systems, projects, and creative work that keep InvestorHub running. One day you might be crafting sales materials; the next, analysing investor data; the next, helping a client go live.
We value clarity, curiosity, and hustle. You’ll work closely with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership across the UK and Australia. Expect a collaborative environment where you can ask questions, take ownership, and put your ideas into action.
You’ll join internal rituals and see how product decisions, strategy discussions, and client outcomes are shaped inside a fast‑moving SaaS environment.
After 3‑6 months of rotating in the business, you can choose to specialise in one area or continue as a cross‑functional generalist.
What You’ll Learn
We will train you on the tools and processes that power a modern SaaS business, including:
You’ll be mentored directly by our Managing Director and Chief of Staff, with the whole UK team supporting your development.
What you'll be doing
You might be a recent graduate or early in your career. What matters most is that you’re:
