Job description

This is an interim opportunity for a mid-level commercial lawyer of 5-7PQE, to assist our multinational FMCG client with a significant divestment. The role is full-time and of 6-12 months duration, to start from January / February 2026.

Flexible remote working is available, and there will be occasional travel to the EU for key meetings.

The successful lawyer will be reporting into a senior commercial lawyer and will assist with a broad range of contracts works associated with the divestment, such as supplier agreements, IT, procurement, HR / employment, IP and software licensing and trademark protection.

Strong previous FMCG experience is essential for this role.
