As a Junior Management Accountant, you will be an ambassador for Finance and one of the first ports of call for the agency for finance-related queries. You should be an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent attention to detail and written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities. We’re looking for someone who’s competent in managing their workload under pressure and can take responsibility for meeting deadlines. You will also be required to assist colleagues during busy periods and to help cover team absences, so versatility is key.
The successful candidate will join the financial reporting team and will already have a good foundation understanding of finance and experience working within a similar role. We can offer you the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment and give you the experience and opportunity to grow your future career.
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
