Job Title: Junior Finance Broker - Finance Sector

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Finance Broker to join our rapidly growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to launch a successful career in finance, with excellent earning potential and clear progression routes in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new business leads through a high volume of daily outbound calls (B2B).
• Identify and qualify opportunities in asset finance and business loans.
• Master our lead-finding process with the comprehensive training provided.
• Work closely with Senior Brokers, passing qualified deals for them to close.
• Build your knowledge to develop into a full 360-degree Broker role within 6-12 months.

What\'s on Offer

• Base Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience.
• OTE: Realistic £45,000-£50,000 in Year 1.
• Commission: Uncapped 10% commission structure.
• Progression: A clear path from Junior Broker to Team Leader.
