Typical graduate pathway

Day-to-day you will
  • Convert architects' drawings into accurate cost schedules (training provided).
  • Liaise with contractors, merchants and production to lock in budgets and delivery dates.
  • Work with in-house structural engineers on basic calcs and value-engineering ideas.
  • Compile hand-over packs so project teams hit the ground running.
  • Analyse win/loss data to sharpen future bids.
We’re looking for

  • Confident communicator keen to build client relationships.
  • Ability to commute to Cookstown (relocation support considered).
