Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
  • Fault finding & troubleshooting
  • Conduct emergency light & fire alarm testing
  • Maintain plant rooms, pumps, and motors
  • Service air handling units & fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
  • Carry out general plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
  • Maintain up‑to‑date maintenance logbooks
  • Handle client‑facing responsibilities

  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds or Apprenticeship)
