Junior Business Development Chef

Location: Home-based / Mobile must be within easy commute of Hemel Hempstead Reading and Central London

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef ready to take the next step in their career working alongside our Development Chefs to deliver outstanding customer sessions and bring our food proposition to life.

You’ll support the creation of inspiring menus presentations and tailored training solutions that help our customers grow. From care homes to corporate dining you’ll showcase Brakes innovation product range and culinary expertise at every opportunity.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified chef (City & Guilds 706/1&2 or NVQ Level 3) with a background across multiple sectors (candidates with experience in the care sector are preferred)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of menu costing nutrition and food trends
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
