We’re seeking a Junior Designer to support the team on a range of immersive and brand‑led projects. This is a hands‑on, junior role where you’ll support Designers with day‑to‑day creative tasks, helping projects move from early concepts through to final delivery.

You’ll assist with managing digital assets and creating illustrations, visuals, presentations, and design decks. Using Adobe Creative Suite and your graphic and 2D design skills, you’ll help shape visual storytelling that captures the look, feel, and emotion of each experience.

Design and Creative Support
  • Support the Head of Design across creative work for Path Entertainment IPs and future projects
  • Help produce design assets, visuals, layout updates, and presentation materials across live and immersive experiences.
  • Build clear, well‑crafted decks and presentations that reflect Path’s visual identity and storytelling approach.
  • Work closely with internal teams to respond to day‑to‑day design, signage, and visual content needs.
  • Create and format 2D and basic 3D design elements (including sketches, renders, layouts, reference boards, and visuals), depending on skill set.
  • Support brand consistency across all outputs, ensuring work aligns with IP guidelines and Path standards.
  • Help manage the flow of design requests, supporting prioritisation, tracking progress, and assisting with approvals alongside the Head of Design.
  • Act as a clear point of contact for graphic design requests, keeping communication moving and flagging issues when needed.
Asset Management and Workflow Support
  • Gather and organise approved artwork, imagery, and assets across Path IPs, keeping design libraries clear and up to date
  • Help prepare design packs, presentations, and submission materials for internal reviews and licensor approvals
  • Support version control so teams always have access to the latest approved assets
  • Assist with maintaining and updating Path’s creative assets across digital and physical touchpoints.
Digital
  • Website imagery, graphics, banners, and press materials.
  • Social media content and campaign assets.
  • Email marketing templates and branded communications.
  • Internal platforms such as Slack, Teams, Confluence, Miro, and shared drives.
  • Digital signage and screen content.
  • Video and animation assets for promotional or internal use.
Physical
  • Print materials including signage, wayfinding, and collateral.
  • Event and exhibition assets such as displays, graphics, and branded elements.
IP and Brand
  • Licensor‑approved brand assets, logos, style guides, characters, and imagery.
  • Reference materials including mood boards, sketches, renders, and concept artwork.
  • Internal and external decks for pitches, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support coordination with internal teams and external partners, helping track deliverables and keep communication clear.
  • Assist with organising documentation, files, and internal records for the design team
External Partner Support
  • Help track outsourced creative work, timelines, and feedback loops.
  • Support the review of partner submissions, checking quality and brand alignment before sign‑off.
Team and Studio Support
  • Attend design meetings, take notes, track actions, and support follow‑ups.
  • Maintain simple, effective trackers and systems to support multiple projects at once.
  • Work with teams across Path to ensure design support is well coordinated and aligned with creative goals.
