Duties and Responsibilities for the Junior Concierge role

• Assist in managing the full guest journey from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction is personalized, seamless, and aligned with 5-star luxury standards.
• Participate in check-in and check-out procedures, delivering a warm, efficient, and memorable welcome and farewell experience.
• Support service recovery efforts with discretion and professionalism, helping to build guest loyalty and trust.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and arrange premium services, including fine dining reservations, cultural experiences, private tours, transportation, and VIP access.
• Assist in managing VIP, repeat, and special-request guests by anticipating needs and contributing to the creation of unique, personalized moments.
• Maintain strong awareness of local events, restaurants, attractions, and transportation options to offer informed, up-to-date guidance.
