Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Business Support Team in delivering its annual plan and objectives.
• Assist with research and projects to improve compliance controls and processes.
• Help review and approve financial promotions and marketing materials.
• Provide support on data protection queries.
• Assist with risk assessments for new third-party arrangements.
• Help monitor and maintain compliance systems and controls.
• Contribute to preparing management information and compliance reports.
• Support the team in responding to queries from business units and escalating where needed.
• Assist with thematic reviews and monitoring activities.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to ensure compliance requirements are met.
