Graduate CAD Technician / Junior CAD Technician – Roofing & Façade Design

Location: Darlington

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (aligned with experience – don’t let salary expectations stop you applying)

We’re looking for a Graduate / Junior CAD Technician to join a specialist roofing and façade contractor in Darlington. This role is ideal for someone with a Construction, Architectural Technology, or Engineering HNC/HND/Degree who’s keen to build a career in technical design.

Responsibilities

• Produce and support 2D CAD drawings for roofing, cladding and façade systems
• Assist with material schedules and design coordination
• Work closely with senior designers, engineers and project teams
• Learn the full project lifecycle from design to installation

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree in Construction, Architectural Technology, Engineering or similar
• Some CAD/AutoCAD knowledge (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
