Join Forge Holiday Group as a Junior Analyst and transform insights into action across our leading holiday brands.

  • 💰 Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • 🏢 Location: Chester HQ (hybrid working available post-probation).
  • 🚘 Due to the in-office requirements of this role, candidates must live within a one-hour commute of our Chester HQ.
  • ⏰ Working Days & Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

About the Role:

As a Junior Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven decision making.

Working closely with the Head of Analytics and Data Science, you’ll deliver data products, dashboards, and insights that shape how our brands perform and grow.

From exploring datasets and visualising trends, to supporting stakeholders with timely data, this role is all about transforming information into impact.

You’ll Own:
  • 📊 Exploratory Data Analysis – Turn complex data into meaningful insights.
  • 🧭 Dashboards & Reporting – Build intuitive visualisations in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • 🧩 Data Products – Help develop analytics solutions that empower other teams.
  • 🔍 Data Quality & Governance – Investigate, validate, and ensure trust in our data.
  • 💬 Stakeholder Support – Respond to data inquiries and enable teams to self‑serve.
  • 📈 Continuous Learning – Apply storytelling, statistics, and emerging tools to your work.
You’ll Bring:
  • ✅ A bachelor’s degree in a numerate discipline (or equivalent analytical apprenticeship)
  • ✅ Strong foundation in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or Power BI
  • ✅ Experience conducting exploratory data analysis, from formulating hypotheses to presenting actionable findings
  • ✅ Ability to design and construct effective reports and dashboards that tell a clear data‑driven story
  • ✅ Ability to understand stakeholder needs and communicate effectively
  • ✅ Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in meeting deadlines

Bonus points if you have… exposure to finance‑related analytics, experience with Power BI semantic models or MS Fabric, and familiarity with statistical methods such as regression, clustering, or time‑series analysis. If you’ve dabbled with Python or R for data cleaning or modelling or worked in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like JIRA!
