A growing gaming company in the United Kingdom seeks a Junior Affiliate Manager to connect with new partners and support them effectively. The ideal candidate will have basic digital marketing experience and a good understanding of affiliate models. This position offers mentorship, training in iGaming, and flexible work arrangements with opportunities for career growth.
We are a group of companies that has been operating internationally since 2020. We are represented on the market by several sports and casino brands. Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the “Best Sports Betting Operator” award at the SiGMA Awards. We are currently continuing to grow rapidly and are recruiting for the position of Junior Affiliate Manager.
Searching for and connecting new partners (arbitrage teams, SEO, influencers).
Negotiating under the supervision of a Senior/Team Lead.
Working with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid payment models.
Managing partners in CRM and monitoring their activity.
Work with metrics.
Partner support: responding to requests, assisting with integrations, reconciling statistics.
Interaction with internal departments.
Basic experience in digital/affiliate marketing (iGaming is a plus, but not required).
Understanding of how CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models work.
English — Intermediate level (for correspondence and calls).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, understanding of traffic metrics.
Business correspondence skills, competent communication.
Willingness to learn, attention to detail, proactivity.
Work on the product side (direct advertiser), without intermediaries.
Training in the specifics of iGaming affiliate marketing, mentoring from experienced colleagues.
