Overview

Precision Auto CSN in Uxbridge is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Jr Estimator/CSR to join our team. In this dual role, you will assist with estimating vehicle repair costs while also providing top-notch customer service to our clients. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the collision repair industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for vehicle repairs.
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed estimates.
  • Identify hidden damage and update supplements as required.
  • Follow insurer and OEM repair procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their vehicle\'s repair status.
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Keep all estimates, files, and shop management systems accurate and up to date.
  • Verify and source parts correctly, keeping repair costs efficient.
  • Work with technicians, insurers, and vendors to keep repairs moving smoothly.
  • Perform final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
  • Submit invoices, supplements, and supporting documents on time.
  • Support the scheduling of appointments for vehicle assessments and repairs.
  • Provide administrative assistance and maintain accurate records of customer repairs.
  • Knowledge of Insurance “DRP” practices / guidelines.
  • Learn and utilize estimating software and systems under the guidance of senior estimators.
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Answering Phones.
  • Preparing work orders.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude that will be felt by both your fellow co-workers and our customers.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert knowledge of estimating software (Mitchell/Audatex) and computer management systems (Bodyshop Connect, Progi Parts/Sync) is a must.
  • Valid Ontario driver\'s license.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a must.
  • A team-player mentality with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.
