Joiner - Property Services

Location: Northumberland & Newcastle
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary initially, with opportunity for permanent employment

We are currently recruiting an experienced Joiner to work on a range of property services projects across Northumberland and Newcastle.

This is a temporary role in the first instance, with the potential to be taken on permanently for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out all aspects of joinery works on occupied and void properties
  • Working on responsive repairs, maintenance, and planned works
  • Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
  • Liaising professionally with tenants, clients, and site teams
Requirements
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Joinery qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in property services, maintenance, or a related sector
  • Own tools (110v or cordless)
  • Own van and ability to travel between sites
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
