A specialized education provider in Oxfordshire seeks passionate individuals for full-time and part-time roles as Teaching Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants, and Teachers. This position supports children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing environment. No prior SEN experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Ideal candidates are adaptable, resilient, and eager to make a positive impact in students' lives.
Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and committed individuals to support Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across the Oxfordshire area.
We are currently hiring for:

Contract: Flexible options – long-term, short-term, and permanent roles available
You’ll be working in welcoming, specialist SEN settings that support children and young people aged 5–18 with a variety of needs, including:

We’re looking for individuals who are:
✔ Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
✔ Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
✔ Resilient and ready to take on new challenges
(For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – SEN experience is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
