Saints Southwest, an Official Partner of Southampton Football Club, operates in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, and Dorset. We pride ourselves on reaching all children through various education, football, and sporting activities. Our programmes support Youth Academies in nurturing and developing players to become their best on and off the pitch. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for young people to learn, develop, and be accountable through Community Engagement, Education, Mentoring, and Player Development. Currently, we reach over 8,000 children each week across 600+ deliverable hours, offering tailored environments where they feel safe and welcome.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Torquay. The role involves supporting and delivering educational and sporting activities, working with children to encourage their development and participation. The candidate will be responsible for planning sessions, mentoring young people, and engaging with the community. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with schools and community programs to ensure the effective delivery of our initiatives.

Qualifications
