We’re recruiting aCriminal JusticeInterventions Workerto join a brilliant charity supporting people across Oxfordshirewho are in prison or on probation. This is a floating role—you’ll step in when staff are off, picking up existing caseloads to keep clients’ progress moving forward.
You’ll usually be based at the nearest site to you, but may travel across the region when needed—and all travel is paid.
The sites are:Oxford Probation, Bicester Probation, and HMP Bullingdondepending on service needs.
The support you provide will focus on resettlement and rehabilitation—helping people access housing, prepare for employment, set goals, and take positive steps forward.
What we’re looking for:
