Ad-hoc Japanese Paralegal role

Role Summary

Integreon is seeking experienced Japanese speaking Paralegals/Lawyers to join our contracts team on temporary ad hoc basis for one of our reputed clients. PAYE engagement, providing essential translation support for commercial and corporate contracts, like NDAs, SOWs, MSAs etc, between Japanese and English. Ideal candidates should have strong legal knowledge, excellent language skills, and the ability to accurately translate complex legal documents.

The role offers flexible working arrangements and the convenience of remote working, provided you can attend training sessions and meet deadlines for contract translation. There are no set number of working hours each week/month so we will reach out to you as and when the contracts are received by our clients. In addition, the client is permitting UK based candidates only for this project.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in contracts translation or other legal translation.

• Fluent/Native in Japanese

• Good understanding of commercial contracting terms, conditions/practices and legal implications.

Education and Experience

• LLB or GDL required, LPC preferred. Knowledge of commercial contracts and specifications with drafting and negotiation skills.

• Strong ability to organise assigned workload and multi-task to deliver service at required service levels meeting client and stakeholders’ expectations.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
