Job summary

A specialist IT and communications company is seeking an IT Technical Author to create and edit technical documents for projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills and a degree, along with solid IT proficiency including knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD LT. Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Author role or similar environment.
• Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of IT software including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit technical drawings for projects.
• Provide technical publications tailored to project requirements.
• Develop a variety of documentation including user guides and manuals.
• Identify enhancements to documentation processes.
• Engage in training to enhance skills in systems architecture.
