Qualifications

  • Experience resolving complex technical problems related to hardware and software.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to devise solutions.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users through chat, email, and remote support.
  • Lead internal IT projects and identify service automation opportunities.
  • Manage ticket queue with SLAs in mind.

PC and Mac hardware/software support
Computer system security & compliance policies
ITSM and Service Desk management concepts
Experience supporting GSuite & Office 365
Network troubleshooting experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative attitude - team player
Scripting experience (bash, PowerShell, Python)
